What we expect from you…

Host amazing parties and other weekend events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
Office tasks, including answering phone calls, text messages, emails, instaply, voicemails, and in person inquiries required.
Review and plan event lesson plans with staff prior to
start of the event
Meet with all Birthday Bash Instructors and together plan out event
details and responsibilities.
Complete all cleaning assignments upon completion of birthday
parties.
Manage the sign-in and waiver signing process during the parties
and maintain party guest list.

You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s. (A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well)
