What Your Day-Day Looks Like:
- Teach Amazing Classes: Use our proven curriculum to create engaging and fun classes.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and make our members feel like family.
- Maintain Quality: Ensure every class meets our high standards.
- Team Training: Train and evaluate our team to keep us #1 in Children’s Fitness.
- Flexibility: Work some evenings and one weekend day. As Program Director, you are closing and weekend manager, which includes working some evening/weekend shifts and being willing to help with coverage when needed!

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
