About Us: The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids aged 4 months to 12 years. With over 300 locations worldwide, we’ve spent over 40 years helping children grow, build confidence, and develop new skills through gymnastics-based programs. You’ll join a team dedicated to nurturing children in a safe, fun, and creative environment.

What You’ll Do:

Teach amazing classes: Lead engaging, fun, and active gymnastics-based classes using our proven curriculum. We’ll train you!
Be a versatile leader: From teaching classes to crafting with kids, to creating spreadsheets and overseeing programs, you'll be the go-to for everything!
Deliver excellent customer service: Ensure every family feels like part of The Little Gym family, with top-notch communication and care.
Lead the team: Oversee the training and evaluation of fellow team members, maintaining the high standards of The Little Gym International.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
