Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for teaching the best classes, training staff, and assisting in some managerial aspects of the gym.
Responsibilities:
- Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Oversee training of staff
- Oversee The Little Gym Curriculum
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experiences to our guests
- Assist the Gym Director in management of day-to-day operations
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Attend membership drives and philanthropic events in gym and throughout the community
- CPR Certification required and training provided
Qualifications:
- KID MAGNET! You must love them, and they must feel that love and be stuck on you! We can teach so many skills, but you must be a natural with the kiddos!
- Customer service experience
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work
- Gymnastics experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:
- A combination of days, evenings, and weekends.
