A The Little Gym 'Gym Director' is a full-time, career level position, responsible for the overall operational performance of a The Little Gym of Fairfax, VA (opening May 2024!). The Gym Director reports directly to the owner and regional manager. General responsibilities frequently include:
- Hiring, managing and training staff
- Teaching excellent gymnastics classes
- Managing all day-to-day operations
- Maintaining the facility/equipment
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Selling the program to new and existing customers
For 30 years The Little Gym has set the standard for progressive motor-skill development, by providing children with a foundation of confidence through non-competitive, gymnastics-based programs. Our Parent/Child, Pre-K and Grade School classes are all taught in a fun, safe and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
