The Little Gyms of Bend is seeking Instructors to teach parent-child, preschool and grade school programs. Turn your positive energy into a rewarding job that's challenging every day.

Ideal candidates are career-minded individuals who will commit to consistent shifts year-round. This is not a short-term or seasonal position. This is also not a desk job; you can expect to spend 50% of your shift inside the gym physically working with students. Growth opportunities within the company available for the right applicant. Gymnastics, dance, sports or teaching experience a plus.

You can impact hundreds of local families and children each week! The Little Gym instructors must demonstrate passion for children, physical fitness, health & wellness, and building relationships with customers. Selling the program is a crucial part of this job as well. Candidates with strong communication skills who can convey benefits and find out customers' motivations for their inquiry are invaluable to the success of the gym.

Qualifications and Skills

Friendly, positive, can do attitude!
Sincere love of children
Self starter
Experience working with children (examples include preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps or similar experience)
Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field)
High energy and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong work ethic
Eager to learn and grow

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
