We're not just looking for someone to fill a spot on the schedule. We're looking for a skilled, confident, program-ready instructor who can lead classes across our full curriculum — gymnastics, dance, and Parent/Child — with the energy, expertise, and warmth that The Little Gym is known for.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Leading gymnastics and dance classes for children ages 4 months through 12 years, including Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School programs
- Delivering our proven, child-centered curriculum with your own energy and style (full training provided)
- Being the confident, go-to presence on the gym floor — you own your classes and you don't need hand-holding
- Building genuine relationships with kids and their families — you're part of why they keep coming back
- Keeping our gym clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Providing an outstanding customer experience — we treat every family like a VIP
What We're Looking For
- Solid background in gymnastics and/or tumbling — non-negotiable
- Strong dance foundation including Ballet and Tap
- Experience teaching children across a wide age range — bonus points for infant/toddler experience
- High energy, high warmth, high standards — all three, not two out of three
- Availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends (approx. 20–30 hours/week)
- Someone in it for the long haul — we invest deeply in our people and expect the same
- Background check required
