What we expect from you…

Introduce kids 4 months to 12 years to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
Host birthday parties and amazing events for families.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Complete administrative tasks like making phone calls, class announcements and keeping the facility clean.
Talk to parents about how their kiddo is progressing and build relationships with families.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Required Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must be reliable and available when scheduled as our kiddos depend on you to teach them and have Serious Fun.

You have a background in child development, physical education, dance and/or gymnastics.

Compensation: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
