What we expect from you...
- Teaching: Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!). Teaching is your job, you need to love what you do, so you need to love to teach!
- Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here. We respond in professional ways, but with a personal touch, every time.
- Business Indicators: Studying, maintaining, and assessing key business indicators to develop and grow the business in both enrollment and finances.
- Leadership: Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional work environment for staff. Fostering growth for both the business and the team to promote a healthy atmosphere and culture for the gym environment. Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.
- Cleaning: Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that Somersault Operating. Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
