About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic gymnastics coach to join our team at The Little Gym of Lakewood. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate young children while teaching them the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct gymnastics classes for children ages 3 to 12 years old
- Implement proven lesson plans that focus on skill development and progression
- Provide a safe and positive learning environment for all students
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide feedback on student progress
- Assist with special events, birthday parties, and other gym activities
Requirements:
- Prior experience coaching gymnastics or working with children in a similar setting
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential

The Little Gym of Lakewood has been providing fun and engaging gymnastics classes for children for over 9 years. Our focus on skill development, confidence building, and non-competitive learning has made us a favorite among parents and children alike. Our team of dedicated coaches and team members enjoy a positive and supportive work environment where they can make a difference in the lives of young children every day.
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
