Company Overview: With more than 300 locations across the globe, The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. For over four decades, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. As a part of our team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children in a clean, safe, and nurturing environment.

The Must-Haves: To ensure our students get the best experience on the Big Red Mat, we are looking for:

  • Gymnastics Experience: Required. You should have personal or coaching experience in gymnastics and feel at home on the mats.
  • Experience with Kids: You must have professional or significant volunteer experience working with children.
  • Availability: Our core schedule is Monday through Thursday evenings (until 8:00 PM) and Saturdays. The position is currently part time and may lead to FULL time with gym growth.  Up to 30 hours per week!

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
