I’m looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant to support both personal and business tasks. This role is based out of my home (not an office), with some remote work possible. The job may also require occasional travel for errands or business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support (emails, scheduling, data entry)
- Managing finances & bookkeeping in QuickBooks
- Running errands (groceries, appointments, deliveries, etc.)
- Organizing files, documents, and household/business tasks
- Assisting with social media & basic content creation
- Using Excel for business-related tasks
- Occasional travel as needed
- General business support
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Previous assistant experience preferred
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and social media
- Comfortable with occasional travel
- Able to work both in-person and remotely as needed
- Business experience is a plus
