What You’ll Do as Our Tumble & Talent Director

🎯 Lead the Gymnastics Fun:

Teach dynamic, skill-building classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum.
Help kids progress through gymnastics fundamentals while having a blast.
Create an engaging, high-energy class experience that kids (and parents) love.

🔥 Coach & Develop Your Team:

Mentor and train new instructors to deliver top-notch gymnastics classes.
Lead team huddles, workshops, and fun skill-building exercises.
Ensure every class meets The Little Gym’s gold standard of coaching.

💡 Inspire Confidence & Growth:

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
