WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Gym Instructor and Special Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering an incredible experience for kids and their families while leading our team and gym culture.
Teach engaging, high-energy classes for kids 4 months - 12 years using our proven curriculum (don’t worry, we’ll train you and you’ll have an online portal to access and adapt all weekly lesson plans!)
Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum.
Create an exceptional member experience by providing outstanding customer service.
Oversee program quality to ensure we meet our standards and are providing a great customer experience.
Foster a fun, positive culture that makes The Little Gym a welcoming community.
Manage gym operations, including set up, cleanliness, and management of the front desk binder.
Support social content strategy to highlight the gym’s energy and engagement.
