Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead our outreach and customer engagement efforts. This part-time, role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on building relationships and is skilled in both strategic marketing and day-to-day communications. Must be local to the Madison area as in-person meeting and local events may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive membership and program sales through proactive phone, text, and email outreach
Identify and pursue new local partnership opportunities with schools, businesses, and community organizations
Manage local marketing campaigns and promotions (digital and grassroots)
Maintain a sales pipeline and track follow-ups (experience with Sales Force is a plus!)
Collaborate with our team to support lead conversion and retention efforts
Represent The Little Gym brand with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales (experience in phone sales or direct outreach strongly preferred)
Comfortable and confident communicating via phone, text, and email
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic, friendly demeanor
Familiarity with basic marketing tools (e.g., social media, email marketing platforms) is a plus
Experience in the children’s activity, fitness, or enrichment space is a bonus, but not required
