Are you an energetic educator who’s as passionate about early childhood learning as you are about cartwheels and confidence? The Little Gym of Gilbert is looking for a unique individual to fill a dual role: Wonder Kids Preschool Instructor and Grade School Gymnastics Instructor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can switch gears from story time to skill time — and bring out the best in kids of all ages.

What You'll Do:

1. Wonder Kids Preschool Instructor 2 Days a week (Ages 3–5)

Lead our structured enrichment-based preschool program that blends physical activity, cognitive development, and social-emotional learning.
Create a warm, nurturing environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and confidence.
Use themed lesson plans, and imagination-based play to teach foundational skills and gymnastics based classes.
Collaborate with parents and team members to ensure each child is thriving in the classroom.

2. Grade School Gymnastics Instructor (Ages 6–12)

Use The Little Gym lesson plans to instruct gymnastics classes for beginner to intermediate-level students, focusing on progressive skill development in a safe, encouraging environment.
Demonstrate and/or instruct proper techniques on floor, beam, bar, and vault while fostering self-esteem and perseverance.
Use positive coaching methods to help kids set and achieve personal goals while teaching their progress.
Keep class energy high, students engaged, and safety top-of-mind.

What We’re Looking For:

Preschool Teaching Experience: You’ve worked in a structured early childhood setting and understand developmental milestones, classroom management, and creative lesson planning.
Gymnastics Experience: You’ve led grade school gymnastics classes and/or know how to teach skills in a way that’s fun, progressive, and safe.
Flexible and Adaptable: You enjoy variety in your day and can transition smoothly from a preschool classroom to a gymnastics floor.
High-Energy Personality: Kids feed off your positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to be silly while still maintaining structure.
