⭐ GYMNASTICS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. ⭐

Do you have a background in gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, dance, ninja, or youth sports? We are specifically looking for someone with strong gymnastics experience who is confident teaching and spotting children.

⭐ What You'll Do

Lead fun, high-energy gymnastics classes for kids ages 4 months–12 years
Teach gymnastics skills in a safe, positive environment
Help kids build confidence and learn new skills
Create an amazing experience for children and families
Build relationships with parents and members
Help with camps, parties & special events
Be active, have fun, and make a difference every day!

🙌 We'd Love to Meet You If You:

Have a strong gymnastics background — REQUIRED 🤸‍♀️
Have experience coaching or teaching children ⭐
Love working with kids
Are outgoing, energetic, and dependable
Feel comfortable talking with parents and families
Have great customer service skills
Are coachable and eager to learn
Can confidently demonstrate and teach basic gymnastics skills

📅 Availability

We're looking for consistent availability for:

Weekday afternoons & evenings
Weekends
Wednesdays, 3:45–5:00 PM for our weekly team meeting
Year-round availability preferred
Reliable transportation required

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
