Job Summary:
As Gym Director, you’ll be the heartbeat of the gym—leading your team, supporting families, connecting with the community and creating a space where Serious Fun thrives every day. The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym of Chattanooga. The Gym Director reports directly to the owner.
Responsibilities:
- Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Share The Little Gym experience with prospective families—and welcome them in!
Qualifications:
- A natural leader with strong communication and people skills
- A background in child development or physical education - gymnastics, dance or recreation (a plus!)
- Previous customer service or team management experience
- Someone who’s organized, motivated, and ready to grow
- A big kid at heart who can make others smile without even trying

Compensation: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
