Part-Time On-Site Instructor

Location: Snapology of West Boise – Garden City Learning Center
Schedule: Less than 10 hours/week (Midday & Afternoon Shifts Available)
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18–$23 per class taught (after paid training)

Overview:
Snapology of West Boise is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and engaging individuals to join our team as part-time instructors. In this role, you’ll lead fun, hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities using LEGO® bricks and other creative tools to inspire and educate children in a playful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Snapology classes, camps, and creative play sessions following provided lesson plans
Engage and manage small groups of children in a fun, safe, and educational manner
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Communicate professionally with children, parents, and team members
Set up and clean up classroom materials before and after sessions

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass a background check
Ability to read, interpret, and deliver pre-written lesson plans
Passionate about working with children and watching them learn and grow

Preferred (but not required):

Experience in teaching, tutoring, coaching, or other educational settings
Interest in STEAM education and hands-on learning
