Do you love working with children and have a passion for gymnastics? Are you energetic, upbeat, and ready to help kids learn, grow, and have fun? The Little Gym of Cypress is looking for an enthusiastic Program Director to join our team full-time!
About The Little Gym of Cypress

Our Cypress location is locally owned and part of a respected international brand with over 45 years of experience helping children reach their full potential. What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily class operations, ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging environment
- Teach and lead gymnastics-based classes and activities for children (ages 4 months – 12 years)
- Manage, train, and support team members to deliver high-quality programs
- Assist with scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks
- Help plan and execute birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Be an ambassador of The Little Gym’s mission – providing Serious Fun for every child
What We’re Looking For
- Gymnastics experience (coaching, competing, or both)
- Passion for working with children and families
- High energy, outgoing personality, and great communication skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Prior teaching or coaching experience is a plus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $19 – $23/hour (based on experience)

- Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
