The Role
The Gym Director is a full-time leadership position responsible for the overall success of the gym. This is a hands-on role that includes teaching classes, leading a team, engaging with parents, and driving membership growth and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach classes regularly and model high-quality instruction
- Lead, train, and support a high-performing team
- Drive enrollments, retention, and outstanding customer experiences
- Communicate confidently with parents and guide families through enrollment
- Support local marketing efforts, events, and community partnerships
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and facility standards
Qualifications
- Comfortable teaching children in a group setting
- Strong communication skills with both kids and parents
- Leadership or management experience in a people-focused role
- Sales confidence and customer-first mindset
- Organized, positive, and energetic
- Experience in child development, education, or gymnastics is a plus. Training provided.
- Availability to work a Sunday-Thursday work week and some evenings (ending by 7:00 PM).

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
