We are currently seeking candidates with prior gymnastics experience who are passionate about helping children grow in confidence, strength, and coordination.
What we’re looking for:
- Lead engaging, safe, and high-energy classes using The Little Gym’s proven, gymnastics-based curriculum (training provided).
- Confidently demonstrate and assist with age-appropriate gymnastics skills for children ages 4 months–12 years.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment in every class.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with children and families.
- Approach each class with consistency, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have previous gymnastics experience (coaching, competitive gymnastics, cheer, dance, tumbling, or related movement background required).
- Enjoy working with children and can balance fun with clear expectations and safety.
- Are dependable, positive, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Communicate well with both children and adults.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
