Weâre looking for a Program Manager to join our leadership team!

â What Youâll Do:
- Lead classes and coach instructors
- Drive membership sales and program growth
- Build strong relationships with families
- Oversee daily operations and ensure excellence on the floor
- Serve as Camp Lead on scheduled camp days
- Help develop camp curriculum and lesson plans
- Train and support camp staff
- Facilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN camps
- Help plan, execute, and facilitate all special events
- Be present at and help lead all Little Gym events
đ Schedule:
TuesdayâSaturday
Must be available mornings AND evenings
Must be available for all Little Gym special events

This is a key leadership position. Youâll help shape our culture, grow our programs, lead our camps, and create unforgettable events for our families.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
