What You'll Own:
- Drive the quality of every class by teaching alongside your team and providing hands-on coaching and feedback
- Develop and deliver staff training, curriculum meetings, and performance evaluations to maintain our high standards
- Oversee all special programs — birthday parties, camps, Parent Survival Nights, and community events — from planning through execution
- Support hiring, onboarding, and the ongoing growth of your team
- Keep a sharp eye on the metrics that matter: intro-to-member conversion, retention, member experience, and facility standards

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
