What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and energetic gymnastics coach to lead engaging classes for children ages 3-12 in a fun, positive, and structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach high-quality gymnastics classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching methods
- Safely spot and progress skills across all apparatus including tumbling, bars, beam, and vault
- Create a positive and encouraging environment that builds confidence, coordination, and a love of movement
- Provide an outstanding customer experience for children and families
- Maintain a safe and organized class environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year gymnastics coaching experience preferred (references required)
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals and skill progressions
- Ability to confidently spot skills and manage a group of children in an active setting
Energetic, positive, and dependable team player - Must be able to commit to this position for a minimum of 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Availability
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00–8:00 PM (minimum of 2 weekdays)

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
