The Little Gym of Vancouver is hiring a Parent/Child & Preschool Instructor to lead classes for children ages 10 months to 5 years. Our program uses movement, music, and gymnastics-based play to help young children build strength, coordination, confidence, and social skills in a fun, supportive environment.
We’re looking for someone dependable who shows up ready to lead with energy every shift—our classes rely on consistency for kids and families.
What You’ll Do
• Lead fun, structured gymnastics-based classes for children ages 10 months–3 years (with parent participation) and 3–5 year olds
• Guide parents through activities that support their child’s motor, confidence, and social development
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every family
• Greet new families and answer questions about our programs
• Teach classes using our curriculum, with class load varying by day
• Support lobby flow, class transitions, and daily cleaning
What We’re Looking For
• Someone who naturally connects with toddlers and preschoolers
• Comfortable leading groups and speaking confidently
• A natural curiosity and playful/goofy energy
• Reliable Sunday availability (required)
• High energy, warmth, and a positive attitude. We're looking for bubbly!
• Experience working with children (paid or volunteer)
• Bonus if you have experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, early childhood education, or fitness
