Looking for a high-energy, reliable coach who can lead a room, connect with kids, and create a fun, structured class environment.
This is not a sit-back role. You’ll be actively leading classes, engaging with kids, and building relationships with families every day.
What you’ll do:
- Lead structured classes for children ages 4 months–12 years
- Teach gymnastics-based skills using our curriculum (we train you)
- Keep kids engaged, encouraged, and on track
- Create a positive, organized, and safe class environment
- Communicate confidently with parents
What we’re looking for:
- Strong, positive energy
- Confidence leading groups of children
- Reliability and consistency
- Ability to balance fun with structure
- Comfortable interacting with parents
Great fit for:
- Former athletes, dancers, cheerleaders
- College students (especially education or child development majors)
- Individuals who naturally take initiative and lead
- Gymnastics experience is a strong plus, but we will train the right person
Schedule:
Flexible weekday and evening hours. Weekend availability required. Shifts may include Sunday mornings.
