About This Opportunity
This is a ground-floor leadership role at a brand-new location in Bloomfield Hills, one of Michigan's most vibrant and family-forward communities. You won't be inheriting someone else's gym. You'll be building the culture, the team, and the membership base from day one. That's a rare opportunity, and we're looking for someone who sees it that way.
You'll report directly to the owners and have real ownership over the outcomes that matter: enrollment growth, member retention, staff development, and community presence.
What You'll Do
- Lead and teach classes rooted in The Little Gym's proven curriculum, setting the standard for energy, safety, and child engagement on the floor
- Drive membership growth through enrollment conversations, tours, and community outreach
- Build and manage a high-performing team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing development
- Own the member experience from first visit to long-term retention
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, facility maintenance, and compliance with TLG standards
- Collaborate directly with ownership on goal-setting, performance, and the long-term vision for the location
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience, preferably in a membership-based, fitness, or children's enrichment environment
- A proven track record of building relationships with customers or families
- Experience in sales or enrollment
- Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or a related field is a strong plus
- Exceptional energy, organization, and follow-through
- A genuine love for children and a belief that what happens in this gym actually matters to the kids and families we serve
Compensation
- $55,000 base salary
- Performance bonus opportunity up to $5,000 in Year 1, tied to membership growth, retention, and revenue targets

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
