Children’s Class Instructor / Team Member (18+)

The Little Gym of Naples is hiring dependable, energetic team members to lead structured, movement-based classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years. This is a fast-paced, active role focused on teaching, engagement, and creating a positive learning environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead children through curriculum-based gymnastics and movement classes
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging environment
- Work as part of a supportive team focused on child development and customer experience
- Build relationships with children and families in your community
- Participate in ongoing training
What we’re looking for:
- Comfortable actively leading and engaging groups of children
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow structure while bringing energy and enthusiasm
- Interest in education, child development, coaching, or related fields is a plus
Growth opportunities:
This role provides valuable hands-on experience for those pursuing careers in education, pediatric therapy, child development, coaching, or childcare leadership. There is also opportunity for growth within the company into lead instructor and management roles.
