We're looking for someone with serious personality: think theater kid, the funny one in the friend group, or anyone who just can't help lighting up a room. If that's you, keep reading.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Teach gymnastics-based classes to kids ages 4 months–12 years (we train you on our proven curriculum — no experience required!)
- Build real relationships with families — they'll remember you for years
- Create a warm, high-energy environment where kids feel safe to try new things
- Keep our space clean, organized, and welcoming before and after classes
- Show up with your A-game every single class — energy is non-negotiable here
YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU...
- Have natural charisma — you're comfortable and confident talking with both kids and adults
- Can stay on your feet and bring the energy for a full shift, every shift
- Are a team player who takes pride in the space and the people around you
- Are available evenings (classes until 9 PM) and weekends
- Have a background in theater, performance, child development, gymnastics, or PE — or you're just naturally that person
- Know how to have fun AND buckle down when it's time to work
- Take cleanliness seriously (you don't have to love it, but you know how to do it)
