At The Little Gym of Castle Rock, we're more than a gymnastics facility—we're a place where kids build confidence, develop new skills, and have serious fun. We're looking for enthusiastic instructors who love working with children and want to help them learn, grow, and smile every day.
Depending on your experience and interests, you may teach:

WonderKids, our preschool enrichment program for children ages 3-5 that combines active learning, arts & crafts, music, stories, and imaginative play with gymnastics.

Grade School Gymnastics, where you'll teach gymnastics skills, build confidence, encourage teamwork, and create an environment where every child can succeed.
No gymnastics coaching experience? That's okay! We provide comprehensive training and teach you our proven curriculum and teaching methods.
What you'll do...
- Teach amazing classes using The Little Gym's proven curriculum (we'll train you!)
- Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where every child can thrive.
- Help children build confidence, develop new skills, and celebrate their accomplishments.
- Deliver an outstanding experience for every child and every family.
- Treat each class and each child as if it's their very first day—EVERY WEEK.
- Be energetic, positive, and ready to make learning and movement exciting.

- You're totally comfortable being silly, giving high-fives, and acting like a dinosaur when the moment calls for it.
- You enjoy being active and don't want to sit behind a desk all day.
- Kids love you—and their parents do too.

- You're dependable, coachable, and know when it's time to have fun and when it's time to focus.
- A background in early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, cheer, education, child development, physical education, or coaching is a plus—but not required.
