The Little Gym of North Liberty is looking for an energetic, positive, and passionate Lead Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team!
Do you love working with children? Are you enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to make a lasting impact? If so, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Lead fun, high-energy gymnastics classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years.
- Create a safe, encouraging environment where every child can build confidence and develop new skills.
- Coach and mentor other instructors while helping maintain exceptional class quality.
- Build positive relationships with families and provide outstanding customer service.
- Help create unforgettable experiences through classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events.
What We're Looking For
- Gymnastics experience required.
- Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role.
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- High energy, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
