We’re looking for someone with gymnastics coaching experience who loves teaching recreational classes. You’ll help kiddos build skills and confidence in a gym where every try gets encouragement and every child has a place.
Our coaches are the high fives, enthusiasm, and friendly faces that make kids excited to come back each week. From first forward rolls to stronger cartwheels, we teach age-appropriate skills while making room for laughter, silliness, and proud “I did it!” moments. You’ll join a team that supports each other and works together to make kids and families feel welcome!
What You’ll Do:
• Lead fun, engaging recreational gymnastics classes
• Teach proper technique through safe spotting and age-appropriate skill progressions
• Adapt your instruction to help kids of different abilities feel successful
• Keep classes safe, organized, and full of encouragement
• Build relationships with families and share their child’s progress

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
• Have experience coaching gymnastics and teaching children
• Are comfortable teaching foundational skills and spotting safely
• Enjoy helping beginners and celebrating progress at every level
• Bring energy, patience, and a sense of humor to your classes
• Are dependable and enjoy working with a team

The Schedule:
• Part-time, typically 2–3 shifts per week
• Evening & weekend availability required
• Consistent weekly schedule once training is complete

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
